My name is Annabel, I am an Australian artist of Irish & Scottish descent. I am a lifelong weaver of creation, writing & crafting.
I have always felt myself intrinsically linked with the Land, and am strongly devoted to the continued expansion of my connection to the stories of the Earth, and the way in which I imagine myself within them. Through the expression of our imagination and connection to the Land, Sky, and Sea, I believe we can cultivate personal stories, rooted in empowerment, belonging, and ecological protection.
Ever inspired by my observations & devotion to the natural world & my exploration of self-identity ~ Sacred Hearts River is the vessel for my artistry & a physical extension of the energetic rivers that flow from my Heart.
Each of my offerings is imbued with magic, tangible representations of Soul, Cell & Heart.
My felted adornments are Intended to evoke and awaken the fires of your innately Wise Heart ~ to immerse yourself in the power of Earthly embodiment ~ raw Venusian adornment of Moon, Salt, Sinew & Fleece.
Beyond the physical representation of embodiment, protection, and empowerment, my intention for each of my pieces is that they act as energetic strongholds for connection to the Past, Present, and Future ~ of Self and Time. That they carry within their fibres a unique essence to assist in guiding and holding you through your own weaving of stories of Self & Belonging.
